  • Life coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused process that supports self-awareness, clarity, and intentional action. Coaching is not about fixing you — it’s about helping you better understand yourself and your choices.

  • No. Coaching is not therapy, counseling or mental health treatment and is not a substitute for licensed healthcare or mental health services. This work focuses on awareness, choice, and forward movement rather than diagnosis or healing past trauma.

  • Sessions are conversational and reflective. We explore what’s present for you, clarify what matters, and examine perspectives that may open new possibilities.

  • No. Coaching is not advice-giving. I may offer observations, questions, or reflections, but all decisions and actions remain yours.

  • Virtually! You will receive a meeting invite link to conduct your 1:1 session.

  • Every two weeks for 55 minutes

  • TWO OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE:

    1) 6 sessions over a 90-day period. One free follow-up bonus session at a later agreed upon date. TOTAL SESSIONS = 7

    2) 6 sessions over a 90-day period with 3 additional, consecutive monthly sessions. One free follow-up bonus session at a later agreed upon date. TOTAL SESSIONS = 10

  • OPTION 1: PASSION + PURPOSE; 6 + 1 FREE, TOTAL OF 7 SESSIONS = $960

    OPTION 2: PASSION, PURPOSE + PURSUIT; 9 + 1 FREE, TOTAL OF 10 SESSIONS = $1270

  • Coaching is an out-of-pocket investment in your personal development. Unlike therapy, it is not clinical in nature and therefore does not qualify for insurance reimbursement. Multiple payment methods are accepted, and structured payment plans are available.
